1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged on arrival
- The product is defective
- The product received is incorrect or not as ordered
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

- Products used, washed, or altered
- Size or color issues due to personal preference
- Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences
- Clearance or discounted items
- Innerwear or personal-use items (if applicable)
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Share:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Clear images or videos of the issue
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup where applicable.
4. Return Pickup & Inspection
- Return pickup is subject to serviceability of your location
- Products must be returned in original condition with tags and packaging intact
- All returns undergo a quality inspection before approval
5. Refund Process
- Refunds are initiated after the returned item passes inspection
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing timeline:
- 5–10 business days after pickup confirmation
- Bank processing times may vary
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed
7. Exchange Policy (Optional – Recommended for Apparel)
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
Customers may return eligible products and place a new order.
8. Final Authority
Velvoxa reserves the right to:
- Approve or reject returns
- Modify this policy at any time without prior notice
- Refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions
